Can I write a personal note?

Absolutely. We will pop a card into your order if it is a gift. Leave a note in the comments box on the product page and this message will be added to your gift.

How do I pay?

We use PayPal and accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express to process orders. In checkout you will be provided with these options. Paypal processes both the Paypal and credit card option. This is processed securely on their site. No credit card information is stored on our website. For extra security we also have a Rapid SSL certificate to further protect our customers information.

How much will postage cost?

Postage is free for shop products over $50 and hamper orders over $100. Otherwise, you can select the $10 flat rate option. We predominantly use Fastway due to their speed and reliability. Express Postage is calculated using an Australia Post installation on the website. 

How long will my order take?

We use Fastway for deliveries along the Eastern Seaboard. Between Mackay and Sydney packages can be delivered overnight if orders are made before 12pm. For regional areas we use Australia Post. Regional areas can are 3-10 business days for regular mail. We post on the day we receive your order or the next business day if the order is received after 12pm.
You can also opt to choose Express Post. This takes 1-3 business days and is overnight to major cities including Melbourne and Perth. Express Post is handy for deliveries to regional Perth where postage takes 2-3 days.


Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do! Please enquire via the contact page regarding overseas shipping as we need to calculate different costs based on your location, weight and size of your gift.


How are the gifts packaged?
Gifts are delivered in a 70% recycled box with a bronze Byron Bay Gifts logo in the centre of the lid. They contain wood wool inside for safe transportation which is 100% biodegradable. The box comes wrapped with a raffia ribbion.

 

What’s organic on the site?
Each product on the site specifies if it is organic. In instances where our products are not organic we offer sustainable, local and/or handmade products. 


What is your return’s policy?
We do not offer refunds in the instance you change your mind due to the large number of food and beauty products on our site.
If you buy something that doesn’t fit and would like to exchange it for a different size, we are happy to exchange as long as postage is paid for both ways.


What if something is damaged or broken?
In the instance that an item is damaged, please return this to us within 10 business days and we will replace or refund the item.
